What’s more shocking than seeing a ghost near All Hallows Eve? Getting shocked by an actual violet wand!
If you don’t know what a violet wand does, think of it as a miniaturized version of those plasma balls you see at museums. Just like those plasma balls, violet wands produce static electricity! People generally either hate or love the sensation; I’m in the latter category.
Violet wands were originally used as medical devices, so if you track down a vintage set, you’ll see that they came with all sorts of different shapes and sizes attachments for different body parts. There are modern versions available for purchase as well. Some modern sets are still sold as hairdressing tools, and claim to be a cure for baldness. You can find violet wand sets sold at sex and kink stores, however, just be aware that you get what you pay for. Many of the inexpensive, beginner sets, either won’t last long, or will not be very powerful, which may end up being quite disappointing if you are a person that ends up craving more!
Here’s a photo set from one of my earliest play sessions with a violet wand. I often get a bit of extra intensity when the electricity goes through my piercings.
